Tokyo Aburagumi Soba was born in a long-established 80-year-old noodle factory. The shop wants customers to enjoy the deliciousness of the noodles so every abura soba dish is prepared without soup. This is done on purpose so that you can enjoy every last bit of the chewy, homemade noodles topped with their secret sauce.
We loved the affordable pricing and simple menu, with regular, large, and extra large all the same price, and then just add the toppings you want. It will taste a little different without any broth, but it is delicious!
