Arcades are a massive cultural phenomenon in Japan, especially in Tokyo. Gundam Arsenal Base is one of those Japan-exclusive arcade machines that you can only find in certain gaming centres.

For those unaware of this game, you must first collect physical Gundam cards, and then deploy your team of cards in the arcade machine and play against another person who happens to be playing on another machine in Japan! You battle it out on the field and try to destroy your opponent's base. As of November 2024, a new season was just released with all new cards and characters. Once you try it once, it is truly a fun and addicting experience!

If gaming is not for you, the cards are also beautiful and worth collecting! They make for excellent souvenirs even if you don't happen to win on the battlefield!
