Ramen Jiro is a unique Japanese chain of ramen shops with approximately 40 locations across Japan. It is known for its large portions and its distinctly flavored broth, which enthusiasts call "Jirolian style".
At this location in Minato, you will often find a long lineup outside the store, but once you get in, you will be welcomed with an intense, pork-filled bowl of ramen topped with raw garlic, pork back fat, and enough ramen noodles to keep you satisfied for days.
If you have not tried Ramen Jiro before, beware of the strong garlic taste and intense broth, but it's something we are sure you will never forget!
