We are always on the lookout for unique burger restaurants around Tokyo, and JB's Tokyo offers a unique spin on the classic burger. This shop focuses on delivering a 100% homemade experience, from the bun to the ingredients, everything is made in-house, and it definitely shows in the final product.
Upon ordering, you can choose how many beef smash patties you want, and then the type of bread (white toast or classic burger bun). We tried the white toast and it was surprisingly delicious! We have been to many burger shops, but it's quite rare to find one that is so particular about homemade food. The final burger had a very handmade feel to it and was very delicious.
Takeout is probably the best way to eat at JB's Tokyo as the 3rd floor dining area is quite small with only a few tables, but great if you go when it's not that busy. Enjoy!
