The Tokyo Chase Team recently experienced an incredible coffee-tasting omakase at Koffee Mameya.
The minimalist shop felt more like a shrine to coffee than a café. The barista carefully selected beans based on our preferences, guiding us through a journey of flavors from Ethiopia to Panama. Each cup revealed something new—bright citrus, deep chocolate, delicate florals. The Panama Gesha stood out with its jasmine-like aroma and silky texture.
What amazed us most was their deep knowledge and respect for each bean’s origin and processing. It was more than a tasting; it was an education. We left with a newfound appreciation for coffee and a bag of expertly chosen beans, ready to explore more at home. Definitely make a stop there today if you have a deep love for coffee!
