We must admit, we've had our fair share of ramen in Tokyo over the years. But, Ebimaru Ramen is one of the most unique and flavorful bowls of ramen that we've ever tasted!
When you first walk into this shop, you'll immediately smell the sweet aroma of their lobster broth. It's truly a unique ramen. The best way to describe it is a hybrid of lobster bisque and ramen. You will be blown away by the taste and delicious texture and flavour of the broth while you enjoy the tender ramen noodles.
Bonus Tip: if you are extra hungry, or eating with a friend, definitely order the risotto as well. It's certainly not to miss if you are hungry!
